Hey there, welcome to StarbaseX Trading platform!

Our platform would allow you access a whole new word of trading on top of the usual crypto exchanges. Forex, commodities, shares, indices, and Crypto CFDs, all availed to you to take advantage of!

The platform is planned to be synergized with the analytics platform where you can engage professional traders and experts to manage on your behalf!

Without further ado…let’s jump straight into it!

Quick Start Summary:

Sign Up
Funds Tab > Deposit: Deposit funds
MT5 Tab: Open MT5 Live trading account and Download MT5 Trading Platform
MT5 Application: Sign in on MT5
Funds Tab > Transfer: Transfer Funds to your Trading Account
MT5 Application: All the best in your trades; or get someone to trade for you from Starbase Analytics!

More detailed walkthrough:

Step1: Sign Up!

If you see a referral code behind like, for example, https://my.starbasex.co/register?referral=c8fa104460bb4f7583fc000b3b347518 don’t be alarmed. That is part of the IB program.

Simply fill up the fields with your information and click continue.

Provide us a mode of communication with you through Skype or Telegram. Should you faced any issues, you can also reach out to us on telegram @SBLeeYJ for immediate address.

As part of AML and KYC, please provide us the wallet where you will conduct your deposits and withdrawals. We will only interact with your wallets that deposited with us.

Step 1a. Login!

If you are returning, just login!

Dashboard Orientation

On the you will find the quick tabs. Here are the main ones you will be using:

Dashboard brings you to the main console that will give you a full overview of your account.

Wallets displays all the wallets you have. For now, we only feature the wallet that will interact with your trading account.

Funds opens the other tabs related to the funds in the account.

MT5 manage your MT5 accounts here. You can set up Live or Demo accounts.

IB Room manage your IBs here and track your rebates as being an IB! It may become an additional stream of income for you!

Profile shows your information and is where you will upgrade your verification statuses.

The other tabs will be introduced at a later date.

Step 2: Funds Tab > Deposit

On this page,

enter your amount you want to deposit in the “Amount” Field
transfer the stared amount to the wallet stated under “Reference” and
send a screenshot of the successful transaction!

Once we confirmed a successful transaction, your funds will be placed into your account!

Step 3: MT5 Tab

On this tab, you will set up your LIVE and DEMO accounts.

LIVE accounts are where real trades are made. Your funds will be traded on this account.

DEMO accounts are where you may test your trading strategies without risking your funds.

To create a LIVE account, click on the platform options to choose the type of account you want to open.

For the details of different account types, click on “View Details”.

Basically, higher tier accounts would give you better trading conditions that include market access, and spread levels.

To get upgraded to the next account type tier, write in to trade_support@starbase.co .

You should receive an email similar to the one above with the account details.

Those details are to be placed on the MT5 platform which can be downloaded via the link below.

Currently, the trading platform is only available for Windows.

Step 4：MT5 Application:

Simply follow the instructions and you’ll should see the trading platform dash board.

And you’re done for your MT5 setup!

Step 5: Funds Tab > Transfer

Just one more thing left to do: Fund your trading!

In this tab, choose the account you want to transfer the money from. In the case of the initial deposit, choose “Fiat” and transfer that amount into the Trading account.
